    Made this recipe last year and loved it. This is going to be our Christmas present jam this year. Its fabulous. used the 3c sugar, 1/2 c brown sugar variation because the family is generally in favor of less sugar, and it was delicious. Im so glad I found this recipe.

    Measure Apples in a Measuring Cup, Now Add in the Same Measuring Cup Water to Fill Up to the 4 Cup Line (with the Apples in It).
