Blend All Ingredients Except Cilantro and Cook For 2 Hours, Uncovered. |

Put the Salsa in the Jars and Evenly Distribute the Cilantro on Top of the Jars. I Also Put 1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice in Each Jar. |
