Best Cornbread Ever,This is the best cornbread I’ve ever had. The cottage cheese melts into the batter and tastes great. Try the optional add-ins. This is a great complement to chili.,I have made this several times. It is a very good cornbread recipe and I will continue to use it. I do add the cheddar cheese and use 1/4 cup sugar instead of a pinch. Excellent bread!,Read a lot of reviews before making. I too omitted the onions. Used 3 pink sugar packets. Only used 6 oz. corn, and 1/2 small can of green chilies. I did add the cup of cheddar cheese, and made muffins vs. baking in a pan. Everyone loved; this recipe is definitely a keeper.
