Best Cream of Broccoli Soup,This recipe is thick and flavorful. Simple, delicious, and quick to make. Hope that you enjoy it as much as my family does. I have added chicken to this soup, very good,For me, this was a good solid recipe but I did (as you would) tweek it to my taste. I added salt since used a carton of low salt broth. I also added a teaspoon of Keen’s dried mustard and a shot of tabasco. The Keen’s mustard added more depth.,How many stalks or pounds is 4 cups of broccoli?

Melt 2 Tablespoons Butter in Medium Sized Stock Pot, and Saut Onion, Garlic and Celery Until Tender. |

Add Broccoli and Broth; Cover and Simmer For 10 Minutes. |
