It seemed to be the perfect consistency for both salad and wings, IMHO I added a bit more blue cheese, just because I love it Thanks for ANOTHER wonderful recipe!

Steps

1 Done	In a Bowl Mash the Blue Cheese With the Buttermilk Until the Mixture Resembles Large-Curd Cottage Cheese.
2 Done	Add in Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic and Salt; Mix Until Well Blended.
3 Done	Season With Black Pepper to Taste.
