Best Darn Sugar Cookies Ever, I don’t care for sugar cookies at all and I thought these really were the best darn sugar cookies ever! These cookies are so light and have a fabulous texture Everyone is sure to love them , do use All-purpose flour or Self raising flour Thank You !, Here are some tips for making these cookies if you like them soft ** I divide the dough into 4 pieces – keep this dough chilled until you are ready to use – I take out one section of cold dough at a time ** I make my balls about 1-1/2 inches round – roll in sugar/cinnamon and press out with the bottom of a glass for uniform thickness **underbake!!! 10 minutes max – these will flatten a bit when cooling and bake a touch more – these will result in a softer cookie ! When you take these out it will almost look they are not done but trust me they will cool perfectly !
