I was shopping and came across a box of Quaker Quick Barley. I googled, how to make beef barley soup with ground meat. I got this recipe and made it. It came out PERFECT. The taste was very favorable and hearty. Thank you.,It really is the BEST soup ever! better even the second day it was thicker and very filling.
