Best Ever Eggless Banana Oatmeal Muffins,These have to be the best banana muffins I’ve tasted! I found this recipe on Allrecipes.com and tweaked it to make it egg-free and low-fat. These muffins taste best fresh from the oven, and also are the perfect, healthy way to start your day!,really curious and efficient how American measurements are converted here to Metric ….BUT although this should be useful , all it does is confuse even more . How can measurements of flour, sugar , salt etc be in Ml .. ? Ml is a measurement for liquids . Grams are a measurement for dry goods ? could someone sort the programming out as , for us Europeans it is most useful to have accurate measurements instead of the vague “cup” type measures. many thanks otherwise for an excellent web site,Really delicious! My son is allergic to eggs so I’m always looking for new eggless recipes and this one is a keeper!!
