    Brown Onions, Carrots, Celery and Garlic in Oil Until Onions Soften, About 5 Minute.

    Add Rice and Saute in the Oil and Veggie Mixture Until Rice Is Golden.

    Stir in Broth, Soup, Salt and Pepper. Cover Pan and Simmer 20-25 Minutes Till Liquid Is Absorbed.
