Best Roast Pork I’ve Ever Eaten,This really is the best pork roast I’ve ever eaten. use fresh rosemary from my herb garden but dried will work. Even though the Marsala is optional, it’s just not the same without it, in my opinion.,This really is the best recipe for pork loin which can be tough but is an inexpensive cut. I followed the directions to a t and was very surprised it was so tender. The masala made the gravy awesome. I have never had a bad recipe from this site.
