Better-For-You Buffalo Chicken Bites, from Hungry Girl So much healthier than commercial boneless buffalo wings! 3 ww points per 4 oz serving I often make the full recipe for myself for a very satisfying 6 point lunch (or over salad greens with 2T ff ranch for an even more satisfying 7 point lunch!) YUM! TIP: Spray your baking sheet REALLY well to avoid losing any of your breading when flipping the wings , So, I didn’t have any of the potato chips so I subbed panko–liked the combo of the spices with it and cooking time/temp was perfect yum!, These are great! I live in Germany so we don’t have all the ingredients used Shreddies cereal, which is sort of like Fiber one and paprika chips I didn’t have any onion or garlic powder, but I think the paprika chips had enough I also added an extra dash of paprika, because my boyfriend loves it I broiled the chicken pieces at the end just to get them a little crunchier Great recipe, especially since I had been dying to have some buffalo chicken tenders here!
