Made for your *Wk 8 Football Pool* win, I halved this recipe for just 2 of us & made it w/2 sml chgs. Using Icelandic baby shrimp, I left out the 2 tsp oil & added a bit of Old Bay Seasoning as I favor its use w/shrimp. This is a tasty make-ahead quick-fix & was enjoyed. *Congrats* on your win. :-)

Made this over the weekend for the game Sunday and I was really pleased with how well it turned out I had a similar recipe but wanted to try this one It is simple and delicious and the whole bowl was gone in about 30 minutes The family really enjoyed it and I enjoyed the ease of the recipe
