    Big Batch Spaghetti Sauce,Great way to make up a large batch of tomato sauce from your garden to freeze or can for later use.,If using sausage in the sauce – will a pressure cooker needed to be used in place of the water bath to can for safety, if so, for how long and at what pressure? Thanks.,Delicious sauce! I added a little extra garlic, and used san marzano tomatoes instead of normal ones. I also added some parmesan and romano at the end
