Heat Oven to 350 Degrees F. |

Saute Onion and Celery in Butter Over Medium-Low Heat; Cook Until Tender; Add Sherry, Allow Alcohol to Burn Off; Set Aside. |

Combine Cooked Drained Noodles, Condensed Soup, and Milk. |

Add Cooked Vegetables to Noodles. |
