Black Bean Salad,Healthy, easy and delicious. Great with left over cold turkey or chicken. Sometimes we add mango or some other fruit instead of tomatoes.,Very good for a black bean salad I think! DD1 (5 years old) and DD2 (15 months) liked it as well. I made double the amount of dressing as another reviewer indicated they would do next time.used freshly squeezed lemon juice, organic garlic cloves, sea salt, to taste, freshly cracked pepper, organic light tasting extra virgin olive oil, Eden black beans, organic tomatoes chopped to size, organic scallions, no bell pepper, double organic cilantro or more!
