Directions
Black-Bottom Banana Bars,Delicious and very moist. Even better the second day.,5 *s because I did it a bit differently. Didn’t go to extra trouble to mix the batters, just combined everything. Did it in a brownie pan so it was a bit taller, think they might have been flat if you spread it out to a 13 X 9. Husband is an almond lover so added some almond extract & ground almonds, but it’s still great without.,Recipe was fine, and the bars look good, however, as far as taste goes, they were just okay. I am rather disappointed because so many reviewers gave it 5 stars so I thought it would be delicious.
