In a Food Processor, Combine the Blackberries, Yogurt, Orange Juice, Sugar(if Using Flavored Yogurt, You May Want to Use Less Sugar), and Lemon Juice, and Puree. |

Strain the Mixture Through a Sieve to Remove the Seeds, and Reserve the Liquid. |
