Blackened Chicken and Beans, This one is easy and low fat and very tasty!, 5 stars for giving me an awesome idea! I think chili powder with just salt, and pepper is too plain. There’s a ground turkey I make where I add a whole mess of spices, including dried oregano, cumin, tumeric, garlic, and onion powder, and garlic salt. I rubbed all that including the chili powder, salt and pepper, and it was amazzzinnnggg. Didn’t make the salsa the recipe says. Just made a basic one with tomatoes, red onion, yellow bell pepper, lime juice, and some cilantro. Served it with some brown rice and avocado slices!!, This was just ok for us. I made exactly as written but I just didn’t think it had a lot of flavor. Thanks.
