    Excellent! Made it with skim milk and no meat for a vegetarian meal. Took only 30 minutes in my convection oven. Will definitely make this one again. I did reduce the salt to 1/4 tsp since my cheese was salty enough. A great recipe!

    Blender Quiche – or Whatever You Have in Your Kitchen Leftover,The great part is you can use whatever leftovers (well…almost) you have on hand. This dish can be served hot or cold. Freezes very well! Use any cheese of your choice.,Excellent! Made it with skim milk and no meat for a vegetarian meal. Took only 30 minutes in my convection oven. Will definitely make this one again. I think it is really good when I substitute buttermilk for the milk

    Generously Grease a 9 Inch Pie Pan.

    Spread Shredded Cheese Across Bottom of Pie Pan.

    in a Blender, Combine Eggs, Baking Mix, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onions, Parsley, and Milk.
