Directions
Blintz Souffle’,This recipe was given to me by a friend. It is one of the dishes I serve when I make the Break-fast meal. Servings are approximate. With all the food that is served at this meal, it could easily serve 24, I’m sure.,I have another recipe for this that calls for 1 1/4 cup sugar. I always thought it was too sweet, so decided to try this, using a mixture of apple, blueberry and cheese blintzes. I ate a blueberry blintz and loved it. My husband ate a cheese and said it needed more sweetness which solved the sugar mystery. The cheese blintzes don’t really have any sweetness in them so need a lot from the souffl. The fruit blintzes don’t need a lot so this recipe is perfect for them. Something to keep in mind when determining which blintzes to use.,Do you defrost the blintzes first?
