Could use red wine instead of white? Has anyone tried it this way? I don't have white wine on hand, but I do have red...it would save me a trip to the store ;) Thanks for any feedback.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Pork Loin Chops,This recipe occurred to me because I love blue cheese melted over a thick juicy beefsteak . . . why wouldn’t it taste yummy with pork as well ? I have used both Roquefort as well as Gorgonzola, both work equally well. Measurements are estimates, as they will depend on the size of your chops.,Could use red wine instead of white? Has anyone tried it this way? I don’t have white wine on hand, but I do have red…it would save me a trip to the store 😉 Thanks for any feedback.,Great recipe for pork. I loved the stuffing and sauce. I did have to cook longer than stated. Served with Recipe #219141.
