Blue Ribbon Tuna Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

Very nice casserole, a pleasant change from my Mediterranean version tuna casserole with olives and sweet peppers. The potato chips on top was a great feature, but only when first served. By the next day as leftovers the chips were soggy and not good. Next time I will add the chips on each serving as it is dished up and let the servings sit on warm plates for a minute before we eat. The casserole would be good without the chips as well. Thank you for sharing your family recipe.
