Directions
Blueberry Crisp (Diabetic),Although I haven’t tried this yet, it sounds great.,I’ve been looking for a satisfying dessert. This is great! I tweeked it a little. he first thing I noticed, was that it needs Walnuts in the topping. I increased the cinnamon and added a bit of shredded coconut . Then used Swerve in place of the white sugar in the filling and added just a bit of lemon zest. Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt.,Some sugar IS OK for diabetics. Just not a lot and this recipe only has scant amounts. This recipe is fine for diabetics.
