I made this as a last minute addition over grilled pork- We had some fresh picked blueberries, so I put this together just as we were setting the table, it didn’t have much time to macerate, but it was still fantastic! So fresh and summery tasting!, This is really good I had it with steamed fish and it really gave the fish some zip Tomorrow I’m going to try it in a wrap like Syd did in the previous review
