Blueberry Mint Madness Mojito,SO tasty and easy too; they turn out so pretty an pink. Recipe from Sugar Creek Gardens in Kirkwood, MO.,Omg…this is my new favorite go to cocktail to make at home!!! Perfect combination of tart and sweetness. I made it for my sister (she hates blueberries) and she loves this drink. Definitely a keeper as is, but plan to try modifications with different fruits, etc. Yummy!! Oh forgot to mention that I had to use captan Morgan spiced rum since that’s what I had on hand and it was still delicious!!,Love it! I have got some blueberry vodka, which used with great success!
