Blueberry Muffins,These used to be served at the Jordon Marsh department stores(now Macy’s). On our shopping trips, my sister and I always made sure we stopped at their restaurant and had one of these blueberry muffins with a cup of coffee…they are delicious!,UPDATE – I made these again 1.5X ingredients and there were 24 muffins – and quite a bit of blueberries – I would definitely back it down a bit – next time on the blueberry if you enjoy having ‘cake’ with your blueberries…. I made these – used king arthur fiori di scilioa (however it is spelled) which is a lemmony flavory instead of the vanilla. used way more than 2C of blueberries as I had so many and the husband said it was too many. So – mind the 2C note – no matter how many blueberries you have. Also – I cooked it on convection 325 for 30 minutes and it was the correct temp / time.
