    My blueberry- fanatic husband loved this! I actually made 2 for Thanksgiving and they were a hit. I made one exactly as the recipe said. The second one I changed the topping to not include pecans. used mostly brown sugar with cinnamon and butter. The people who tried both pies said they were both good, but maybe next time I'll try it with pecans AND cinnamon/ brown sugar topping. Yum!

This pie was so good that I signed up to this website just to review it. I’m an avid baker, and I’ve made blueberry pies before that were pretty good, but this one blew the others right out of the water. So delicious, I’ll definitely make it again. I usually make all recipes exactly as directed the first time and determine if I want to tweak them later, but in this case I happened to not have enough sour cream and substituted 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt. I also used frozen blueberries that were partially thawed and added 10 minutes to the bake time. Thanks for sharing an awesome recipe.

    Mix Sugar and Flour Together in Bowl.

    Beat in Sour Cream, Egg,Vanilla and Salt Together Until Smooth (about 5 Minutes).

    Fold in Blueberries.

    Pour Into Pie Crust, and Bake at 400f For 25 Minutes.

    (may Need to Adjust Temperature and Time For Frozen Berries).

    Meanwhile, Combine Topping Ingredients.

    Remove Pie from Oven After the 25 Minutes, and Sprinkle on Topping.

    Return Pie to Oven and Bake 10 Minutes More.

    Chill Before Serving.
