    Boiled Eggs, These Hard boiled eggs taste great and are a good accompaniment to salads and appetizers , 30 years old and I hated peeling eggs all my life until now! Thank you for this recipe, I will now make hard boiled eggs with a smile on my face Never knew it could be so easy!!!, It worked but I had to add about a cup more water because it nowhere covered my eggs in my small sauce pot I guess it just wasn’t small enough :/

    Place the Eggs in a Medium Saucepan and Cover With Room Temperature Water. Bring the Eggs to a Boil, Remove from the Heat and Let Sit For 8 Minutes. Shock the Eggs in Cold Water to Stop the Cooking and Shrink the Egg from the Shell. Peel.
