Directions
Boiling Water Chocolate Cupcakes, Adapted from Hershey’s cookbook – Perfectly Chocolate Cake Made these caramel filled for my birthday, but the caramel filling didn’t come out right so I didn’t include that part in my recipe The cupcakes themselves are awesome , I love this! Initially, there werent any stars rating this recipe, but I took a gamble and gave it a shot The taste is delicious, and the texture is perfect! Im new to baking, and I was a bit worried because the batter was very thin But the cupcakes came out of the oven way better than I expected
