1/4 cup brandy
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

    Boil Sugar and Water Together Over Low Heat For 10 Minutes.

    Remove from Heat; Add Brandy, Butter and Vanilla and Pour Over Hot Tart.
