If you wish, though, you can use this marinade on chicken breasts, or even pork chops.,I marinated more than a dinner’s worth because it sounded so good. First try, even with Gentleman Jack it was too boozy and a bit dry – so I added 1/2cup of Dale’s and the next try was perfect, moist, tender and full flavored.
