1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon chives
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled

    Boursin Cheese (Homemade),Boursin-style cheese can easily be made at home. Not just more economical, but fresher and tastier. Rub all the dried herbs used between your fingers before adding.,Basil and chives, fresh or dried? I’d like to know before starting the recipe. Looks good and I don’t want it to fail because of using incorrect ingredients. Thanks. Susan,made half of the recipe yesterday and it was a winner. Even my 4 year old granddaughter loved eating it with her bread. I added a left over greek cheese and it was still great tasting. Will make this regularly from now on.
