Boursin Cheese Potatoes,Not a “figure friendly” side dish, it tastes incredible. Nice to serve at special dinners or when you’re not counting fat and calories.,Made these for Easter . Served with grilled lamb. Everyone loved them. I cooked for 1 1/2 hrs.. 1 hr. wasn’t long enough. Added a little cracked Rosemary to cheese mixture and sprinkled top with paprika. . ….better than my old standby scalloped potatoes. Will definitely make again.
