Braised Pork In Soy Sauce

Features:
    Cuisine:

I don't get it. All these rave reviews. I made this recipe exactly as written except I doubled the sauce and thickened it for serving over rice. I couldn't eat it and hubby ate about half of what he took. Threw the rest out. Tasted like sweetened soy sauce is all. Yuck! What a waste of expensive pork tenderloin.

Braised Pork in Soy Sauce,Very tender meat. Lots of flavour. Good with rice.,I don’t get it. All these rave reviews. I made this recipe exactly as written except I doubled the sauce and thickened it for serving over rice. I couldn’t eat it and hubby ate about half of what he took. Threw the rest out. Tasted like sweetened soy sauce is all. Yuck! What a waste of expensive pork tenderloin.,This was very very good. Nice flavor and very easy to make. I did thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch. Served with rice and green beans. Thanks for posting this Mae! Made for Zaar Cookbooks Tag.
