    BRAMBOROVE KNEDLIKY (Potato dumplings), , Absolutely gorgeous with zeli (saurkraut) but equally nice as a snack with some onions fried in butter just poured over them, these were my sister-in-laws speciality and now that she is now longer with us I am so pleased to find a recipe that replicates hers These were her favorite with roast duck but since I am now a vegetarian I make them with cabbage paprika
