Slice Crosswise Into Thin Slices, or Cut Into Segments and Place in a Serving Bowl. |

Stir Sugar and Water Together Over a Low Heat Until Disolved and Then Boil For 2mins. |

Cool, Add Brandy and Grand Marnier or Contreau. |
