Teresa’s Chicken Brandy, Easy and delicious! One of my boyfriend’s favorite dishes–perfect for a romantic candlelight dinner-very classy!, I made this rich and tasty dish for my BF for our Valentine’s Day dinner and it was very easy to prepare. My sauce cooked down more than I’d have liked before the chicken was done but the chicken pieces were quite thick. In future I’ll pound them down a bit. The blend of flavors was very nice and we both enjoyed our meal.
