    Mix Together the Lean Ground Beef, Onion Soup Mix, Egg and Cracker Crumbs.

    Shape Into Meatballs and Brown in a Skillet With a Little Olive Oil.

    Place Meatballs Into Slow Cooker.

    Mix Together the Last 5 Ingredients and Pour Over Meatballs.
