Bread Machine Naan,A traditional naan recipe adapted for the Bread Machine.,This recipe was too fussy for me. I’ll look for a simpler one. Measuring a lb. of flour was a chore, too, and it ended up not being enough. I wish I’d read the reviews before using this recipe, and I would’ve known to add some more flour before starting the machine. The flavor was fine, but for all those extra ingredients, not much different than a simpler recipe.,Good luck measuring 1 lb. of flour.
