Breakfast Monster Cookies, From St John’s Church Cookbook 2004 (Fox Lake, WI) The recipe doesn’t say how long to bake these, and the yield is also a guess!, These are so good I baked them 15 minutes and they were perfect used coconut instead of the chocolate chips and for the fruit used dried strawberries, cherries and apricots After freezing for a few weeks they were just as good as when freshly baked I will never buy those hard, dry granola bars again Thanks so much for a great recipe
