Breakfast Sausage,used to make this when I lived in Spain, so that I could have English Muffin Sandwiches like they make at McDonald’s. Did you know they don’t serve breakfast at the McD’s in Spain?,sorry but this one wasnt for me. I followed exactly and it was just terrible!,I tweaked this recipe a tiny bit, but it was phenomenal! used ground turkey (I don’t eat pork) and omitted the salt. I also added a pinch of cloves and cayenne pepper. It actually could have used more cayenne than I added. Thank you for a great recipe!
