Breakfast Sausage Casserole,This is great to fix ahead when you know you are going to have a busy morning. We love it,I was about to make this when I noticed it’s mentioned in the recipe but, surely, you’re supposed to cook the sausage before adding it to the casserole, aren’t you?,This is fantastic! I made it for Christmas breakfast and about four times since. Everyone loves it, and it is SO easy. The last time I made it, I made it even easier on myself and used unseasoned croutons so I didn’t even have to cut the bread. (They get plenty moist and soft) Also, this time I let it set for just 15 minutes before baking and it came out the same. But I have to say, knowing I can leave it overnight is a huge help when stressed for time. Thanks for the recipe!
