Combine Eggs and Milk in a Bowl and Mix. |

Combine Breadcrumbs and Seasonings in a Plate or Ziploc Bag, However You Prefer. |

Drain Artichoke Hearts. Dip in Egg/Milk Wash. |

Fry in Hot Oil Either in Skillet or Deep Fryer For 3-5 Minutes. Remember They Continue to Brown After You Take Them Out of the Oil. These Are Better Slightly Overdone (darker Brown)! |
