    Boil Potatoes With Skin On.

    After Potatoes Are Cooked and Cool Enough to Handle, Peel and Dice.

    Melt Butter in Heavy Skillet.

    Saute Over Very Low Flame Until Brown.

    Cook the Shrimp in Boiling Water With Lemon Half.
