Brie and Easy, This is a really easy appetizer recipe! Quick, and can be served with crackers or sliced Granny Smith apples Leaves you free and easy to take care of the rest of the meal!, This made a nice light supper for me My wedge was about 6 oz, and 10 minutes in the oven worked well I would use a younger cheese next time, mine was very ripe and runny, and overpowered the toppings Used chopped dred apricot instead of raisins , I love baked brie and this recipe is excellent I really enjoyed the savory aspect of this dish, it was lovely especially when blended with the soft tender brie I did add a little toasted coconut to the dish, personal preference only I served it on top of toasted mini Italian buns, they worked really well to capture all the lovely melted cheese and toppings Thank you breezermom for sharing a recipe that I will make again and again
