Brie, Roquefort and Wild Mushroom Fondue, , This fondue recipe is perfect! I served it with green beans and grape tomatos in addition to the bread and carrot sticks , This a spectacular recipe! The shiitake mushrooms were great with the the brie and roquefort I served this at Thanksgiving for an appetizer and no one could leave it alone I was asked to make it again for Christmas

Heat Oil in Heavy Medium Skillet Over Medium-High Heat. |

Add Mushrooms, Shallot and Thyme; Saut Until Mushrooms Just Begin to Soften, About 2 Minutes. |
