Brisket With Apricot Nectar,This brisket recipe using apricot nectar and dried onion soup is indeed magnificent. I had been making it for years, and always a hit. However, I can no longer find apricot nectar anywhere, except at prices that would buy wine for the meal. Can you help with suggestions? Ive tried everything I can think of, from Whole Foods to Amazon, to Walmart. Any ideas? MK,Wow, I never would have thought of using apricot nectar with any beef recipe… except maybe beef tenderloin.
