    Broccoli and Apple Salad,I like this version because there’s no mayo- just a light Dijon dressing that enhances the flavors. This is best when chilled overnight. Adjust sugar to taste, before dressing the salad. Cooking time includes chilling.,Very good, used Granny Smiths. The dressing was really tangy and good. I wanted a light, vegetarian broccoli salad and I had some apples that needed to be eaten. I threw in some raisins and jicama for a little added sweetness and crunch.
