    This recipe was VERY easy to make. It is a nice change from a regular salad. I made it according to the directions and it turned out great. I also like it because it is a lower carb side dish without adding more fat to your diet. I will be definately adding this recipe to my cookbook!

    I really enjoy making this recipe and my husband enjoys the leftovers for lunch the next day. The meat sauce can be made ahead of time and even frozen for future use. Edit: I have changed the recipe slightly from original posting as I have been experimenting and have been able to make it firmer.
