Broccoli-Garlic Stir-Fry, Can use the stems from the broccoli also, just trim the outside tough skins and chop, you can adjust the garlic to taste Feel free to add in a red bell pepper also if desired!, This was delicious! used half the soy sauce because it was too salty for me Steamed the broccoli 1-2 minutes before to make them more tender I didn’t have red pepper flakes so used mexican chili powder (it was the only thing i had in the kitchen that could kind of do) and a few drops of sriracha to add some kick My boyfriend went crazy for this ! It was paired with our Steak With Shallot-Red Wine Sauce recipe and a good glass of wine Yum!, Easy, good balance of flavors Would suggest steam broccoli 1-2 minutes with sauce at the end

In a Bowl Combine Together the Soy Sauce, Green Onions, Brown Sugar, Ginger, Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes; Mix Well to Combine. |
